Day 5: Abiding in Sonship
Reading: Galatians 4:4-7; John 15:1-5

Devotional: You're not a slave working for acceptance—you're a son or daughter who already has it. God isn't withholding anything from you; He's given you everything in Christ. The lifestyle of a disciple is continual repentance—not groveling in shame, but turning back to face the Father whose arms remain open. Stop hiding behind fig leaves of self-effort. Your identity isn't found in what you do but in whose you are. Be still and know. Abide in Him, and the fruit comes naturally. You cannot produce what only He can grow. Ministry isn't changing people through perfect words—it's glorifying God and letting Him work through you. Today, simply be with your Father. From that place of rest and relationship, watch Him accomplish what your striving never could.
