Day 1: Created in His Image
Reading: Genesis 1:26-28; Ephesians 2:8-10
Devotional: Before you did anything, God declared who you are. You were created in His image and likeness—not as something to achieve, but as your starting point. The enemy's oldest lie is that you need to become what you already are. Religion says "do to become," but the Gospel declares "you are, therefore do." Your worth isn't found in performance but in whose you are. God fashioned you as His workmanship, prepared good works beforehand for you to simply walk in them. Today, stop striving to earn what's already freely given. You don't need to climb over walls of self-effort to reach God—He's already torn them down through Christ.
