Day 5: Carriers of Light and Kingdom
Reading: John 1:1-5; Matthew 5:14-16

Devotional: Jesus' power wasn't rooted in ability alone but in holiness—complete alignment with the Father. "In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. The light shines in darkness, and the darkness cannot comprehend it." One match penetrates an entire darkened room because light is light; darkness must flee. We pursue power while God calls us to be light—carriers of revelation, truth, and kingdom principles. When we walk into our workplaces, schools, and communities as kingdom representatives, spiritual atmospheres shift before flesh changes. Demons recognize authority before people do. The kingdom isn't established through religious performance but through transformed identities living as royal priests. You don't announce the kingdom; you carry it. Your presence, rooted in His principles and saturated with His Spirit, becomes the declaration that penetrates darkness. It's time to be discipled, shaped, and established in kingdom ways.
