Day 4: Demolition Before Construction
Reading: John 2:19-22; 2 Corinthians 5:17

Devotional: God is building you into a temple where He can dwell, but construction requires demolition first. The hardships you're facing aren't punishment—they're God's mercy tearing down temples built to false gods of self-reliance, control, and performance. He's dismantling the throne you've been trying to sit on. Jesus overcame death by dying; you overcome your struggles the same way—by dying to self-preservation and religious striving. The revival you're waiting for depends on the temple being rebuilt for God, not man. Thank Him for the problems that expose what needs to go. What feels like destruction is actually preparation. In three days, He raises what's been crucified. Let the old temple fall so the new one can rise.
