Day 4: Believing God for the Promise
Reading: Genesis 15:1-6

Devotional: After Abram rejected Sodom's invitation to trade souls for stuff, God brought him outside and said, "Count the stars—so shall your descendants be." Abram believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness. Most of our anxiety, hustle, and compromise comes from one place: we don't truly believe God. We don't believe He's the possessor of heaven and earth. We don't believe His promises are more reliable than our plans. Abram had nothing to show for his faithfulness—no children, no land ownership—yet he believed. What promise of God are you struggling to believe? What area of your life reveals that you're trusting your effort more than His faithfulness? Faith isn't passive; it's active trust that changes how we live. Choose today to believe God's word over your circumstances.
