Day 3: Too Busy for the Birth
Reading: Luke 10:38-42; Mark 6:30-32

Devotional: Bethlehem's inn wasn't filled with evil people—just busy people. The census brought crowds, activity, and legitimate demands. Yet in all the busyness, there was no room for the King. Jesus Himself recognized this danger, telling Martha that only "one thing is needed" while she was "worried and upset about many things." We live in a Bethlehem moment—overscheduled, overstimulated, and overwhelmed. Our calendars are full, our minds are racing, and our phones never stop. But busyness has become the enemy of kingdom fruitfulness. God is traveling through our generation, looking for a place to birth His purposes. Will He pass by because we have no vacancy? The question isn't whether we're doing bad things, but whether we're too busy for the best thing.
Reflection: What "good" things might God be asking you to release to make room for His "best"?
