Living from the Heart
Reading: Proverbs 4:23, Matthew 15:18-20
"Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life" (Proverbs 4:23 NLT). This verse underscores the sermon's emphasis on the importance of the heart in shaping our lives and decisions. Jesus further reinforces this truth by teaching that what comes out of our hearts defines who we truly are.
Take some time to examine your heart today. What desires, fears, or beliefs are influencing your actions and attitudes? Ask God to purify your heart and align your deepest desires with His will. Remember that true transformation doesn't come from merely changing our external behavior, but from allowing God to change us from the inside out.
