The Power of God's Presence
Reading: Acts 1:1-8, Acts 2:1-4
Devotional: The dramatic change in the disciples after Pentecost demonstrates the transformative power of God's presence. They went from hiding in fear to boldly proclaiming the Gospel and performing miracles. This same power is available to us today through the Holy Spirit. Reflect on areas in your life where you feel powerless or inadequate. Have you fully embraced the power of the Holy Spirit? Take time today to earnestly seek a fresh infilling of God's presence. Ask Him to empower you to be a vessel of His love and power in your sphere of influence, just as Peter and John were at the Beautiful Gate.
