Pouring Out Our Last
Reading: 1 Kings 17:7-16
The widow of Zarephath faced a desperate situation, yet God asked her to give her last meal to Elijah. This act of faith and obedience led to a miracle of provision. Like the widow, we often cling to what little we have, fearing that if we give it away, we'll be left with nothing. But God calls us to trust Him with our "last jar of oil." When we pour out our lives in obedience and service to others, God promises to fill us up again. Today, reflect on areas where you're holding back from God. What "last meal" is He asking you to offer? Trust that as you pour out in faith, He will abundantly provide for your needs.
