Living Water
Reading: John 7:37-39
Jesus promised that those who believe in Him would have rivers of living water flowing from within them. This living water is the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to live out the reality of God's kingdom. Just as stagnant water becomes unhealthy, so our spiritual lives can become stale if we're not allowing the Spirit to flow through us to others. Today, ask God to fill you afresh with His Spirit. Pray for opportunities to be a channel of His love, grace, and power to those around you. Remember, you're not meant to be a reservoir that just stores up blessings, but a river that allows God's goodness to flow freely through you to a thirsty world.
